Article 171. Structure and content of the Unified Cadastre System of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The structure of the Unified Cadastre System consists of the following accounting objects, which are monitored by the following specially authorized state bodies and organizations:
1) according to the state Land Cadastre – by the central authorized body in the field of land resources management and the Government for Citizens State Corporation;
2) for the state water cadastre (surface and underground water bodies, use of water resources) – by authorized state bodies in the field of environmental protection, protection and use of water resources, for the study of subsurface resources in the republic as a whole, and by their territorial bodies – within river basins and administrative-territorial units;
3) according to the state forest cadastre – by the authorized state body in the field of forestry in the republic as a whole, and by its territorial bodies – within the limits of administrative-territorial units.;
4) according to the unified cadastre of the state subsoil fund – by the authorized state body for the study of the subsoil as a whole in the republic, and by its territorial bodies – within the limits of administrative-territorial units;
5) according to the state cadastre of specially protected natural territories – by the authorized state body in the field of specially protected natural territories in the republic as a whole, and by its territorial bodies – within administrative-territorial units;
6) according to the state cadastre of wildlife – by the authorized state body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife and the authorized body in the field of fisheries within the competence of the republic as a whole, and by territorial bodies – within administrative-territorial units.
7) according to the state cadastre of flora – by the authorized body in the field of protection, protection, restoration and use of flora in the republic as a whole, and by the territorial bodies of the department of the authorized body in the field of protection, protection, restoration and use of flora – within the administrative-territorial units.
